SafetyStor®**储存柜,其工艺设计符合

Storage cabinets that meet at least one of the following sets of requirements shall be acceptable for storage of liquids:
(易燃及可燃液体)储存柜应当至少符合下列一系列要求中的任意一条;
(1) Storage cabinets that are designed and constructed linit the internal temperature at the center of the cabinet and 25mm(1 in.)from the top of the cabinet to more than 163℃（325°F）,when subjected to a 10-minute fire test stimulates the fire exposure of the standard time –temperature temperature curve specified in ZFPA251,Standard Methods of Tests of Fire Endurance of Building Construction and Materials,shall be acceptable Allkoints and seame shall remain tight and door shall remain securely closed furing the test.
柜体的设计与构造应当有助于限制柜体内部的温度,当按照美国国家消防法规NFPA251的标准与方法对耐火建筑物的结构和材料进行10分钟的耐火实验时,就会获得有关火灾暴露的标准时间-温度曲线.在10分钟的耐火实验中,离顶部25毫米(约1英寸)柜内温度不应超过163℃（325°F）.在耐火测试过程中,所有的连接点与接缝都应当保持闭合,门也应当保持闭合.
（2）Metal storage cabinets that are constructed in the following manner shall be acceptable
金属材料的储存柜若遵循下列构造方式将视为符合标准:
a. The bottom top,door,and sodes of the cabinet shall be at least ****8 gauge sheet steel and shall be double-walled,with 38mm(1 )air space
柜体的底部、顶部、门、四壁都应至少采用18号钢板材，并应采用双层结构，双层钢板之间保持1.5英寸（约38厘米）空间。
b. Joints shall be riveted ,welded,or made tight by some equally effective means.
连接处应当采用拉铆、焊接或其他同样有效的紧固方式
c. The door shall be provided with a three-point latch arrangement,and the door sill shaoo be raised at least 50mm(2in)above the bottom of the cabinet to retain spilled liquid within the cabinet.”
门应当采用三点联动锁锁定，门槛应当高出柜体底板至少50毫米（约2英寸）
